Have you looked recently at the California Secretary of State's website which lists the ballot initiatives currently in circulation, and the ones waiting for summary and title at the Attorney General's office? It's sickening. There are Four (4) initiatives in circulation, which means that they are out there collecting signatures, and there are Three (3) initiatives pending with the Attorney General's office. Unbelievable.
